This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of LeakGuard ("Developer") for the LeakGuard iOS application ("App").
This Agreement is between you and the Developer only — not Apple, Inc. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not: • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks • Use the App to build a competing product or service • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
The App is free to download with a limited feature set. Optional Pro features are available through the following in-app purchases, processed by Apple:
LeakGuard Pro – Monthly: $1.99/month (auto-renewable) LeakGuard Pro – Annual: $9.99/year (auto-renewable)
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No refund is provided for any unused portion of the current subscription period upon cancellation.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. The Developer reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Free users may perform up to 5 password breach checks per day. This limit resets at midnight local time. Pro subscribers have unlimited checks.
The App, including its design, interface, source code, algorithms, and content, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your use of the App is subject to the LeakGuard Privacy Policy, available at https://leakguard.app/privacy and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data — most notably, that your passwords never leave your device.
The App integrates the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms: • Pwned Passwords API (Troy Hunt / Have I Been Pwned) — breach database queries • TelemetryDeck — anonymous analytics • Apple App Store / StoreKit — purchase processing
