1. Introduction

This End‑User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you" or "User") and Yad3V ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the mobile software application UTG Game Tracker, Release Dates (the "App") published on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Subscription Offering

The App offers an auto‑renewing subscription called “Pro+”, available in two billing options:

2.1 Payment & Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

The subscription automatically renews for the same term and price unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
